LENOVO LEGION GAMING PHONE WILL LAUNCH THIS SPRING

By the beginning of 2021, many gaming smartphone brands have begun to tease the arrival of their new smartphone. The list comprises Asus, Black Shark, and Red Magic. We've been waiting for news about Lenovo’s Legion gaming phone series. The brand unveiled just one smartphone last year and is giving its first steps in this segment. Recently, the Chinese company ultimately made its move. Lenovo is teasing its next gaming phone on Weibo. The teaser shows only that cooling will be a focus of the device and that the device will, certainly, be part of the Legion series.

According to Lenovo's General Manager Chen Jin, the phone won't jeopardize anything to achieve the ultimate gaming experience. He also assured a Spring announcement for the handset. The new handset will take the Lenovo Legion Pro 2 moniker. Obviously, as a gaming flagship, we expect it to have the latest & greatest Snapdragon 888 chipset. It may come with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. As the report implies, it'll have some kind of active cooling, being it built-in or a detachable accessory. Considering the first device; we expect the new model to feature an OLED display with at least 144Hz refresh rate and a 5,000mAh battery.
